The successful candidate would be reliable, flexible and committed to the role and enjoy taking on new challenges. With strong computer skills as well as being keen to learn new systems to improve the smooth working of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You'll work across all aspects of the business, providing support within the sales team, the finance team as well as taking responsibility for the general running of the whole office.

In addition you'll provide personal assistance to the Directors, helping them with a variety of administrative tasks including overseas travel, diary management and in addition you'll need to be prepared to take on any additional, reasonable tasks that are requested by the management

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A passion for a low carbon / clean energy future
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to change
  • Exceptional communication skills
