Electrical Maintenance Technician - Power Generation
£33,000 - £36,000 plus BONUS, etc.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician / Field Service Engineer, to carry out a variety of daily maintenance & operations tasks on Landfill Gas Sites working alongside Sub-contractors. Our client is a large competitor in the Renewable Energy sector, which specialise in providing maintenance services for a number of Landfill Gas sites across the UK.
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Daily operations & maintenance activities
- Electrical fault-finding & diagnostics (PLCs)
- Daily engine checks, ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitoring plant performance
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant Electrical qualifications (Time-served Apprenticeship, 17th Edition, etc.) You should have experience working in a heavy process environment (Power Generation ideal) and a working knowledge of maintenance practices including electrical fault-finding. Those with an ex-forces background will also be considered.
This package on offer includes an attractive salary up to £36,000 (depending on experience), plus a company vehicle, BONUS, training, etc. This is a field-service type role, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
This is a fantastic opportunity working Mon-Fri, covering a number of Landfill Gas sites across the South-East Coast.
