Engineering Supervisor - Anaerobic Digestion

Salary - £35,000 + Benefits

Romford, Essex

We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a state of the art AD processing facility near Romford in Essex. Our client is a leading organisation within the renewable energy sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team.

As Engineering Supervisor, reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in day to day support of maintenance activities on site, ensuring safe & efficient operations are conducted. You will implement & organise maintenance schedules whilst ensuring all health & safety is adhered to on site

The ideal candidate will possess man management experience developing a team or organising maintenance schedules combined with a relevant engineering qualification (apprenticeship trained/HND/HNC/C&G/NVQ/BEng). Experience working on a process plant is advantageous (anaerobic digestion / paper mill / chemical / pharma plant/ waste water treatment etc.) Combined with a willingness to train & develop your skill set.

You will work a varied 5 days out of 7.

This position is offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience plus company benefits, you will have the opportunity to develop your career & progress within a reputable organisation.
