Facilities Manager - Site Utilities
Up to £35,000 plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Facilities Manager / Utilities Manager, to be responsible for managing the operation & maintenance works for the site utilities, including scheduling PPMs and site compliance. Our client is a leading organisation in the facilities management / utilities industry, with the opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team based in Sheffield.
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the site utilities
- Scheduling maintenance works
- KPI compliance
- Managing Sub-Contractors
- Managing the PFI contract
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role, you should ideally hold a relevant engineering qualification (ONC / HNC / Apprenticeship), with a sound understanding of PFI contracts. You should have a working knowledge of health & safety, customer service experience and management / leader experience in a similar position.
The package on offer for this role includes a basic salary up to £35,000, plus company benefits including pension, holidays, laptop and company mobile. This is a days-based position, working Monday to Friday.
