Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join a leading Waste Management Company.
The ideal person will have local authority experience, primarily dealing with managing the operations of a busy recycling and waste collection service.
- Managing multiple resources efficiently, including permanent and agency staff as well as vehicles
- Monitor and manage performance, budget, income and expenditure
- Ensure that best practice is maintained, for customer service, employee performance and commercial viability
- Develop and provide reports on activity, quality and efficiency
- A WAMITAB/ COTC Level 4
- Valid HGV Driving licence
- Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Legal legislation
- Prior experience managing waste collections and municipal waste services
- Train the Trainer qualification in relation to Waste Management would be advantageous
