Maintenance Manager - Renewable Energy
Salary - c£40,000 + vehicle and bonus
Locations - Banbury

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage a team of Engineers based in the Banbury site with UK wide travel to various process plants. We are working with a leading name in the anaerobic digestion sector who build and commission processing sites across the UK.
General responsibilities as Maintenance Manager:

  • Identifying training requirements, recruitment, development of staff
  • Budgeting and cost responsibilities
  • Risk assessments and procedures
  • Improve on the Planned Preventative Maintenance program
  • Ensure minimal downtime
  • Travel to other sites as required
  • Other duties as required


The ideal candidate will have a background/experience in process engineering, anaerobic digestion experience is advantageous as is an electrical competency.
You will need a good knowledge of certain machinery and equipment used in the process industry such as pump systems, agricultural plant, shredding, screening plant etc. you will need proven leadership skills and health & safety and environmental knowledge.
You will need a full driving licence as there will be travel required.
This position is offering a salary of £40,000 depending on experience including a company vehicle and performance based bonus of up to £5,000.
