Our client is a business enterprise operating in the rapidly growing solar arena in India, looking to hire National Head of Sales.
The role is responsible for:
- Heading and managing overall sales strategy and policies in the various channels and in terms of major customers.
- Creating market for our products and feeding those channels on a timely basis.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per annual business plan, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
