We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager / National Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager, to drive new business sales & expand existing accounts within the utilities & energy sectors. Our client is a leading international company that manufacture smart metering systems, with the opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing & maintaining new and existing business accounts within the energy/utilities sector
- B2B sales / Direct sales
- Lead generation
- Assisting in developing Sales Engineers / Account Managers
- Develop product awareness & usage in targeted areas
- Ensuring delivery of the commercial plant to achieve targets
- UK travel
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have proven experience in a Business Development / Sales / Account Management position within a relevant industry (utilities, electronics, energy, etc.). You must be a confident communicator with and happy to travel in a UK wide role.
The package for this opportunity includes an attractive basic salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including car, healthcare, pension, etc. This is a home-based role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
