Salary up to £75,000 (plus good bonus & car allowance) plus benefits
We are currently recruiting a Head of Operations & Engineering / Operations & Maintenance Manager to join a busy & expanding company operating in the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) & renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities... Reporting to the company Board, the Head of Operations & Engineering will be responsible & accountable for CHP Operations, Engineering, Energy Centre & training as well as financial & budgetary management. As part of the Management Board you will determine business decisions as well as influencing long term strategic business planning. You will also maximise CHP Operational performance in the pursuit of service excellence.
Skills and Experience... To be considered for this position you will need to have proven leadership & management skills, being able to optimise team performance & development. You must be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of all aspects of the Combined Heat & Power Industry & necessary interfaces. In addition, you should hold a professional qualification in Engineering, & be commercially astute with proven experience of managing budgets.
There is a package on offer in excess of c£100,000 including salary of up to £75,000 plus car (or car allowance) plus bonus & good pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday etc. with this opportunity to join the Combined Heat & Power & renewable energy sector.
This role is commutable from Horsham, Crawley, Guildford, Brighton, south London etc & current driving licence preferred.
