Operations Manager - Landfill
Salary £50,000-£60,000 DoE
Location - Multi Site - Heywood, Manchester
We are actively look for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the profit and loss, budgets, planned maintenance and operations teams and health safety, environmental and quality standards.
You will be joining a well-known, reputable organisation within the waste management sector and liaising with various teams and Managers within the company.
You will be responsible for key assets within the companies sector by driving the performance of the business and development, push forward efficiency, the operations and PPM of assets within your region, ensuring compliance, procedures and commercial objectives are met, carry out performance reviews, profit and loss responsibility, budget management etc.
The ideal applicant will have several years' experience overseeing multiple sites and looking after a team of operations and maintenance Engineers/Technicians.
You will need a full driving licence with the flexibility to travel around the North of England.
You will have prior P&L and finance responsibility. An engineering background is desirable, landfill experience is not essential.
