Our client is a leading engineering consultancy within the Hydroelectric power industry and they are now urgently seeking an experienced procurement manager for an upcoming project in Asia for an immediate start.
A business critical position, candidates should possess at least 10 years of high level procurement experience in major power projects and possess expert knowledge in ADB procurement methods.
This is a contract position with intermittent input of 7 months offering a highly competitive monthly salary and remuneration package.
Candidates MUST posses at least a Bachelors degree in ideally civil engineering or related field.
*Prepare and update procurement capacity assessment report
*Assist in creating procurement committee, evaluating bid and preparing bid evaluation report (BER), and in monitoring and evaluating procurement progress, procedures compliance and BER preparation
* Ensure that due diligence is conducted on potential contractors and subcontractors;
*Prepare bidding documents for the procurement of turnkey contract for the project and bid evaluation reports following ADB procurement guideline
