Project Manager - Main Contractor Background - Industrial Building Erection (Warehouses) -Kuwait

Excellent Salary - Staff - Immediate start


*Site management; daily site supervision of ongoing projects, following up on the daily work progress from conception to completion.
*Review project details in terms of schedule deliverables and approved budget.
*Review and approval of all submittals including; shop drawings, material submittals & samples..
*Work experience shall include industrial buildings, PEB steel, concrete, Electro-Mechanical works. .
*Attendance of weekly/daily progress meetings to follow up the progress of work and produce minutes
*Maintain quality assurance & quality control by enforcing the company construction procedure manual
*Work with other departments to co-coordinate inputs on ongoing projects
*Check payment requests received from contractors and approve percentage completed
*Prepare internal and external monthly progress reports as required.
*Effectively manage existing projects with the assigned service engineer(s) (ME/EE/CE)
*Maintain time and quality of all projects
*Revise and justify quotations and claims from contractors
*Enforce safety rules (Agility booklet ) at all times and report non-compliance from contractor(s)
