Spencer Ogden are working together with the world's leading PV inverter manufacturers to find an experienced service account manager to join their organisation in Munich, Germany.
Our client is looking for the best talent on the market and are therefore willing to offer a highly attractive remuneration package paying up to a generous €80,000. This role will offer the chance to be part of a highly innovative solar technology company with exciting growth opportunities.
Service account manager duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
*Develop and deliver high quality service solutions to our clients customers (EPC's and Distributors) across EMEA
*Manage and monitor the service teams SLA/KPI's against changes and ensure the delivery of continual service improvements
*Managing strategic partnerships with third party suppliers
*Train and develop the service team to ensure they are skilled to deliver high quality service and support
*Work closely with sales and product managers
*Take responsibility for customer escalations
Service account manager skills and experience;
*Minimum 3 years' experience as a service account manager with PV industry background.
*Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to build rapport and liaise with people at all levels
*Have a proven track record of building, developing and managing service delivery and supporting teams
*Possess exceptional leadership qualities
*Be fluent in both German and English
