Job Description

Our client is one of the worlds' leading providers of inverter solutions who supply equipment for solar energy production for residential, commercial and large- scale PV systems. They have expanded massively in the last few years and Spencer Ogden have been enlisted in order to help them find an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in the Netherlands.

The Inside Sales Representatives responsibilities include:

*Supporting the sales managers / sales team in their tasks in addition to closing agreements with our client's customers.
*Ensuring the customers are provided with all of the information needed, support them with marketing materials, organise arrangements and offer appropriate solutions.
*Actively approaching new and existing customers and monitoring of the applications as well as following up leads.
*Plan and organise training
*Responsible for client reports on a monthly basis, tracking customer trends and relationships through CRM.

The Inside Sales Representative will have:

*A minimum of 2 years of sales experience (preferably within the solar industry). Experience in marketing is a plus.
*Organised and independent and is able to work efficiently - This role allows you the freedom, flexibility and responsibility to input your own ideas.
*Energetic, passionate, self-motivated and driven.
*Possess the strong ability to communicate commercially and effectively with customers.
*Must be fluent in English (French is a plus)
