Team Administration Manager - Investment Company specialising in renewable energy. Mayfair, London. Base salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits

This a great opportunity for a degree educated, ambitious, team administrator to take responsibility for the smooth running of a small (20-30 people) but very successful investment business specialising in the renewable energy sector.

The role is newly created and will provide office and project support to several high calibre teams within investment, finance, marketing, asset management and legal departments.

The role will suit someone with a high degree of initiative and drive, probably with several years' post graduate experience and significant exposure to team administration in a very professional environment.

The company are based in prestigious offices close to Green Park / Piccadilly/ Oxford Circus/ Bond Street tube stations.

About you

You're a Bachelors degree level graduate with solid experience working in a highly professional office environment.

You have a very proactive approach, great communication and people skills, high quality standards and strong attention to detail, as well as being an accomplished user of MS office and other desktop applications.

Ideally you will have experience of data room management and an understanding of the various business functions in the company.

You're adept at supporting business projects as well as the on-going running of the business with tasks such as document filling, copying/printing, dispatching documents, ordering supplies / equipment, managing front of house (in the absence of the full time receptionist) etc.

You're very comfortable operating in a high calibre, high achieving, professional environment and it's very likely you have gained your experience working within a private equity, investment management, management consulting or professional services firm.

Essential skills / experience

  • Degree level education.
  • Minimum 3 years' post graduate experience in professional office environment.
  • Team administration experience.
  • Highly articulate with English language at native standard.
  • Highly competent MS Office suite user
  • Confident, friendly and professional personal presentation

Competitive base salary circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, private heath, life cover, 25 days holiday + public holidays.
