Technical Analyst (Graduate) Solar Energy Asset Management - Central London. U.K, c. £20,000 - £24,000 + benefits
We are urgently recruiting two high calibre graduate engineers with an interest in solar PV to join a top solar asset management team.
The company is a market leading asset management firm responsible for a vast portfolio of solar PV assets in the UK, based in nice offices in the heart of the West End.
The role offers the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of asset management functions in a young, highly professional successful team.
You will be communicating with external O&M and EPC companies as well as members of the internal asset management team.
You will gain broad exposure to the company's asset management business and you will be required to turn your hand to anything initially, including administrative duties, answering the phone, greeting clients, crunching numbers for reports, etc.
You'll be given as much responsibility as you can handle - the environment is fast paced, fun and progressive and with some strong personalities, so this is definitely not for the feint hearted.
We're looking for someone with a passion to develop a career in renewable energy.
You'll have a top quality academic background - minimum 2:1 or better from high ranked University, including a degree or Masters in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics.
You most likely have some experience already (but it is not a prerequisite) - preferably in the investment sector, asset management or renewable energy.
You're extremely hardworking and happy to join a team working long hours.
Fluent English with great written and oral communications skills
You must be highly computer literate with very strong MS Office skills, preferably highly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
The position is based in Central London - West End.
Right to work in the UK.
Flexible, depending on experience but circa £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro rata)..
If you have more than 124 months experience, we are also looking for junior technical manager in the same team, requiring minimum 2 years' experience, £30,000 - £40,000.
