Job Description

Spencer Ogden are working together with the world's leading PV inverter manufacturers to find an experienced Technical Service Account Manager to join their organisation in Munich, Germany.

Our client is looking for the best talent on the market and are therefore willing to offer a highly attractive remuneration package paying up to a generous €80,000. This role will offer the chance to be part of a highly innovative solar technology company with exciting growth opportunities.

Technical Service Account Manager duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

*Develop and deliver high quality service solutions to our clients customers across EMEA
*Manage and monitor the service teams SLA/KPI's against changes and ensure the delivery of continual service improvements
*Contribute to new service development for new markets
*Establish a high performance culture within the team, focusing on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
*Managing strategic partnerships with third party suppliers
*Train and develop the service team to ensure they are skilled to deliver high quality service and support
*Provide direction to the service management function ensuring appropriate and robust service management

*Work closely with sales and product managers
*Take responsibility for customer escalations

Service account manager skills and experience;

*Minimum 3 years' experience as a service account manager with PV industry background.
*Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to build rapport and liaise with people at all levels
*Have solid leadership and people management skills
*Have a proven track record of building, developing and managing service delivery and supporting teams
*Previous experience growing and developing an operations function
*Possess exceptional leadership qualities
*Be dynamic and open minded
*Be fluent in both German and English
