Technical Support Engineer
£24,000 to £28,000 plus great package
Our client, a market leader in the provision of advanced technological solutions to leading Utility & Energy companies require a Technical Support Engineer to provide internal & customer site based product technical support.
A busy role in the Technical Support department you will be required to provide technical support across hardware & software of utility systems, provide assistance in fault finding, handling queries' by email & telephone but also providing onsite assistance at utility sites & customer premises.
Good customer service skills are vital as this will have a direct & positive influence on company sales figures. Any knowledge of project management would be an advantage as advancement into this area is a possible for an ambitious individual. You should have a technical background & be comfortable in a customer facing role with an electrical or electronic qualification, perhaps HNC / HND or degree level. Although training will be given you must be willing to learn & keen to try new things.

Salary £24,000 to £28,000 plus 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare & life insurance Pension Scheme
