Technical Support Techician - Energy Metering
Contract - 3-6 Months
£13 - £15 Per Hour
We are recruiting for a for a Technical Support Technician for a Energy Consumption meter manufacturer based in Hampshire.
The role purpose is to provide technical support services to internal and external customers over the phone and where necessary liase with internal departments to drive improvement in product design and documentation.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing Technical information on availability and compatibility of group products so the customer has the correct product for their requirements.
- Providing pre and post sales technical support/advice to manage the customer relation and positively influence sales.
- Providing technical feedback to relevant internal departments to help flag area's of concern.
- Construct demo boards as required.
Ideal candidates will hold a HND/OND in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and be able to demonstrate work within a call handling support environment, where technical issues have been handled.
