Job Description

Spencer Ogden are working together with one of the worlds' leading providers of inverter solutions to find a Tier 1 Technical Service Engineer to join their team in Munich.
Paying up to a generous €50,000 salary this role will offer the chance to be part of a highly innovative solar technology company with exciting growth opportunities.

Tier 1 Technical Service Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to;

* Providing technical support to customers for all related product issues
* Provide support including troubleshooting, diagnostics and replacements
* Ensuring every RMA unit is returned
* Ensuring every FA / RCA unit is arriving to IL
* Solving technical issues based on RTmon / monitoring permission level

Tier 1 Technical Service Engineer desired experience;

* PV knowledge and experience working in PV an advantage
* Electrical or Engineering background (Bachelor / Master Degree preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Great customer service skills
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a service support role
* Be fluent in both German and English
